Billie Eilish will return to Australia in February and March 2025 in support of her forthcoming third album, Hit Me Hard And Soft.

In case you missed it: the bury a friend hitmaker surprise announced a comprehensive world tour starting later this year overnight. Eilish confirmed 12 shows across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, with promoters Live Nation and Frontier Touring stating that “no further Australian shows [will] be added” and that fans should “get in fast to avoid disappointment”.

The Aussie dates are part of a global run that kicks off in North America this September for the rest of 2024 before hitting down under early in the new year and then Europe and the UK this time next year.

Her Australian dates begin at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre (18, 19, 21, 22 February), followed by dates at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena (24, 25, 27, 28 February) and Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena (4, 5, 7, 8 March), with tickets going on sale this week. However, with various ways to purchase tickets to Eilish’s upcoming tour, fans might be feeling confused, so here’s the wrap:

American Express and album pre-order pre-sales

The first way Billie Eilish fans can purchase tickets is through an American Express card or pre-ordering her new album and receiving an exclusive code. American Express® Card Members can purchase tickets tomorrow (Wednesday, 1 May) at staggered times: noon for Sydney fans, 1 pm for Brisbane, and 2 pm for Melbourne. In addition to the American Express pre-sale, anyone who has pre-ordered Hit Me Hard And Soft from Billie Eilish’s webstore before 11 pm AEST tonight will receive a code via email to access the early pre-sale opening tomorrow. The album pre-sale tickets will be available at the same staggered times as American Express.

Following Wednesday’s pre-sales, there’s another three ahead:

Frontier Touring Members, My Live Nation and Vodafone Members pre-sales

Frontier Touring Members, My Live Nation and Vodafone Members can purchase tickets to Eilish’s Australian tour from Thursday, 2 May until 1 pm on Friday, 3 May.

Sydney fans can purchase tickets via Frontier Touring, Live Nation or Vodafone membership from 1 pm on Thursday, Brisbane fans from 2 pm, and Melbourne fans from 3 pm. You can find more information on the Frontier Touring, Live Nation, and Vodafone websites.

General on sale

The general on-sale opens on Friday, 3 May, under staggered timings: 1 pm AEST for Sydney, 2 pm AEST for Brisbane, and 3 pm AEST for Melbourne. General tickets will be sold through Ticketek.

Hit Me Hard And Soft will be released on Friday, 17 May. Eilish notably hasn't dropped any singles in the lead-up to the album’s release, stating that “I wanna give it to you all at once.”

Frontier Touring also noted that the tour will include various sustainability efforts, including “reducing greenhouse gas pollution, decreasing single-use plastic waste, promoting plant-based food options, and supporting climate action”.

Eilish has previously criticised the industry’s reliance on multiple vinyl variants and has used sustainable vinyl in her releases.
