Christie is the Australasian bureau chief for Billboard, the international music trade weekly, and its website Billboard.biz. He also contributes to other publications regularly - a music news weekly column syndicated to dB, The Brag and Beat, and writes for Australian Musician, X-Press and BRW. He was editor of Juke Magazine, Australia's top rock weekly for over a decade, penned the Music Managers Forum's "The Music Industry" and wrote the book on seven Australian movers and shakers in the Oz music biz "High Voltage".
